PDCH01
The PdCH01 calibre was developed by our partner Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier. Its slim 2.6mm profile, is only possible due to the off-centred Tungsten micro-rotor, which is directly integrated into the main plate. The variable inertia balance ensures optimal isochronism. The bridges are rhodium-plated, and decorated with Côtes de Genève.

Konpeki is an ancient Japanese shade of blue: rich and deep, it is frequently used in traditional fabric creation. The pigment is from ground lapiz lazuli.
Konpeki is the first watch from Parris daCosta Hayashima. It is an elegant, slim, steel timepiece for everyday use. The slender profile is testament to its inner beauty, the PdCH01 calibre movement designed and manufactured with our partner Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier. The crocodile strap is hand stitched in Japan by a master craftsman. The box is made from hundred year old Camphor trees in Kyushu.
Everything is hand crafted - we are not interested in making anything else.

KYUSHU CRAFTSMANSHIP
CROCODILE
The genuine crocodile strap is hand made by an expert craftsman: it takes over 20 hours to produce each strap. Strap edges are glued, stitched, beveled, burnished, painted, waxed and polished. Mr Ishikawa has been making crocodile skin accessories and bags in his atelier in Kyushu for over 30 years.
WOODWORK
Mr Hieda has been a master joiner, carpenter and furniture maker in Yame for over 30 years. From his atelier, he creates the box for Konpeki. The boxes are solid wood, and constructed using traditional Japanese all-wood joinery techniques. Mr Hieda mixes the lacquer himself, and hand polishes each box.

The PdCH01 Caliber is manufactured by our partner Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier (VMF). Founded in Fleurier in 2003, VMF is the specialist high-end mechanical movement manufacturer of the Parmigiani Fleurier Group. Its movements can be found in watches from Richard Mille, Harry Winston, Corum, Fabergé and Hermes amongst others.
